Mid cycle bleed, no period since could I be pregnant ?

Had period on 21 feb, start to bleed on March 10, for 3 days, enough to use a pad. period was due 23 March, still hasn’t come, neg hpt. Feel dizzy, sore nipples, cramping and excess siliva. Feel like I’m going crazy. Any advice pls. Thanks.

Well, did you test too early?  Not sure what is going on but it is likely just hormonal things and not pregnancy.  Symptoms of pregnancy don't usually start right away.  Pregnancy tests are pretty accurate and a false negative when taken at the right time is not too common (timing or using the test incorrectly are the two main causes of false negatives).  Excess saliva isn't really a symptom at all.  :>)  Overall, I'd guess you're not pregnant and your hormones are being difficult.  Wait a full month, take another test then and if your period still hasn't shown, then see your gyn for evaluation.  good luck
