Missed Period-Possibly Pregnant?

So, I have missed my period. I have taken the birth control pill everyday. I am getting sick everyday-throwing up and diarrhea. I have headaches, sleep whenever I sit down, and have had to change panties or wear panty liners due to discharge. I had what I thought was my period, but it ended up only being enough spotting for a panty liner-not even a pad. I don't know whats going on. I cry and get mad at the slightest thing-its ridiculous. The cramps arent as bad as PMS cramps, but this has been going on for the last week and a half or so. Help?!

Well if you changed pills it takes a month of taking it before it works...

It's six days after. And I had surgery right before my last period in April. Does that matter?

Hmmmm odd sickness and diarrhea can cause the pill not to work I know a few people that have got pregnant whilst on it I would book an appointment with your doctor how many days where you passed your period x

I agree-which is why I am so puzzled. I have never missed a period-VERY regular every month. I have not changed recently-almost a year since gyno changed it.
