Missed period

So, I had one depo shot back in May and decided when I was supposed to get another one that I wanted to try to have another child. After my first shot then I never got a period even after I was past due to get another shot. Concerned I went to my dr and they said that my body just needs to get back to normal. With that being said I got my period October 17 and have gotten it every 10 days since then. Except I was due for another one November 27 and I am currently 4 days late and have taken 2 test which both cam back negative. I have had a couple other symptoms, like milky white discharge only when I pee almost like it was blood but white, cramps here and there, headaches can't sleep most nights.. Not sure if it's my body going back to a normal cycle or if I'm actually pregnant. I have a period tracker that I use and it said I ovulated the 25/26 so should I wait the six days after to take another test or a normal cycle which would be December 12 or so?

Definitely give it more time i just recently had that issue and come to find out i was 3 months pregnant and didn't know it. Now I'm 1 week shy from being six months pregnant and expecting a little girl

I'd say give it some more time before testing again.
