No period, symptoms and negative tests.

My last period was July 1-6th. Today is Oct 5th. Still no period.I have had 4 pregnancy tests done and all negative. I have many symptoms such as frequent headaches and urination, back aches, bloated, emotional, but i also have this soarness in my stomach i get it sometimes near my belly button, im also nacious. In the mornings i wake up and i have this feeling like i have a bad stomach ache and i feel hungry or i feel like i want to eat. Ive never had this happen before. Can someone please help me? But i have heard of people not testing till even 6 months. Im jusst worried that i might be and not be taking care of myself. Should i start prenatal care?

i would go to the doctor and get a beta hcg blood test, this is much more exact, although it is VERY rare to get a neg hpt past 8 weeks pregs it has happened so i guess science does not know everything..... good luck though.
