Not sure if pregnant

I have missed 2 periods not normal for me, I took a pregnancy test and it was negative should I wait another month to see if I have a period and test again or should I go to a Obgyn?
I have few pregnancy symptoms but I'm just hoping their not in my head!

Nausea after eating bloating and full belly feeling after small meal, head aches, pain in both thighs pins and needles burning feeling, hurts worse at night.

If you're two months late you'd be getting a positive HPT by now, so definitely make a trip to see your OB/GYN as to why you're not getting a period! Good luck!

Ask for a quantitative blood test. :-)

Your hcg levels might be too high to defect on a test.

It's very rare for HPT to not be able to withstand hcg, you can take a test at a point in your pregnancy is at the highest point, it will still show positive.

Thanks for all your help I went to the doctors and my pcos made my estrogen really low and my thyroid is acting up which caused my periods to stop.
