Ovulation Bleeding Vs Implantation Spotting. When to get checked out...

I had my last period July 2-6th. Normal flow, came on time, amt of days, clotting, cramps etc. Now, when I went to the restroom the morning of the 12th, I wiped and saw there was blood. Sort of a pinkish red. I stuck a tampon in to make sure it was coming from there. sure enough, it was. It was gone the end of the day. Sun, the next day, same situation, very light. Mon and Tues, nothing. But Wednesday, mid afternoon, I wiped and it was a dark rusty brown and a little red;  then went away. Thurs, afternoon, same, but pink then regular red blood, a little heavier, needed a panty liner and spotted on my underwear before I changed and got that. Fri afternoon, bled on my underwear, didn't feel it coming, had to put pantyliner on. Regular red blood. Im irregular as far as periods go, but for the past 10 months, they've come every 19-20 days like clockwork. Im not overly stressed, Ive gained no more than 10 lbs, my diet(though not great) isn't all fat, and Im not due for another period till the 26th. With this spotting, theres been no cramping, clotting, nothing like a normal period, or even one that's trying to wrap up. Ive been taking ibuprofen not aspirin. Ive only had one scare (about 4 mo ago), but I had reg periods after, and my sig other has never "released" in me since then. Could this be implantation spotting, ovulation bleeding, early period, or sign of something more severe? How long should I wait to test?
