Pictures of my belly.. And symptoms. Do you think i'm pregnant?!

those are a couple pictures of my stomach.. it's pretty bloated.. & hard-ish i suppose. Some days it looks bigger, but mostly every day i feel like my stomach is under so much pressure or something.. I feel pregnant, i mean my back is KILLING me, i have to pee every like half an hour, and I've been eating SO MUCH. I've been getting these like pains in my stomach, almost as if my stomach was stretching or something.. My hormones are so out of whack, I'm so moody and bi-polar. But I've taken three pregnancy tests a couple of weeks ago, but they all came out negative. I have no clue what's going on. Someone please help me? Do you think i'm pregnant? If not, what could it be?

U sure do look preg and sum of ur signs are like mines.. (i jus found i am) are u buying cheap test? Bc i bought a dollar test yesterday n it said neg but my period didnt *** today eitha so i bought anotha n it aaid positive this time the test was 4 dollars from walmart equate brand
