Hi there not sure if this is the right spot to ask but this female and I had protected sex and I came inside her I then removed myself and then removed the condom after, I then wiped my penis with a tissue and then we both cuddled on her bed in which she then got on top of me and the tip of my penis touched her vagina didn't go inside nows the part I'm worried about she then told me she had flu 2 days later in which I asked her maybe we should get a test to be sure since we had sex but she's since blocked and ignores my messages should I be worried

If she blocked you and is ignoring your messages, I wouldn't worry. That's not the action of someone afraid you got her pregnant.  I do generally think a penis needs to go into a vagina as sperm are smart but really kind of need direction to go up into a vagina.  Residue semen isn't going to do that.
