Pregnancy? Or cysts? Or Menopause? Im 32

I am 32 years old I have 4 children. I had my tubes tied after my last pregnancy 6 years ago and had very irregular periods and heavy bleeding. I have taken a pregnancy test (2 months ago)  and it was negative. I have a period Tracker app.. it has been 221 days since my last period. I know during my pregnancy the dr. Said i had cysts but that they usually would go away and it was normal... after i had my daughter he didnt mention cysts and out of being scared neither did i....I used to have mennorhagia to the point of soaking through a super tampon and double pads within 10-15 mins....i would stay home during this time and would pass enormous palm sized clots. I drove myself to the er once as I was sure I was going to bleed out. They found nothing wrong....that was Nov 2014. The last time I had my period was in the summer of 2016 since about april it had started to not...it was light nothing out of r he ordinary however for the previous 5 years i was used to the heavy bleeding... I know cancer runs in my family, I also know I've had cysts but am not sure what exactly that means....I didnt get hot flashes or sore breasts or anything like that...but due to the neg pregnancy test (i took it about 2 months ago) ai feel like it could be early menopause. Also since I have an app that estimates when your period should be here I do find myself experiencing irritability and cramping.... almost like a phantom period. Could I be pregnant...or menopausal?
