Pregnancy Concern, I have a medical issue so I'm unsure what to think. Any Advice?

I am a 25 yr old female who has adenomyosis, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, neoplasm, and congested pelvic syndrome. I am awaiting an appointment with a surgeon for a hysterectomy.

Anyways, I had to get off my BC pills as i ended up getting a major blood clot in my vein. I'm high risk for pulmonary embolism now and cannot have hormones, other wise I risk being killed.
I cannot have an IUD because of my pelvic congestion and adeno.

I had sex on Wednesday afternoon. My bf and I tried out a Vaginal Contraceptive foam (spermicide) thats hormone free and good up to 1 hour of sex. (use an applicator full before each act of intercourse)
We did this, but I am concerned as he used my vibrator on me, and I never put a condom on it. I had the spermicide inside me (2 doses) but I am uncertain if it touched a used condom or possibly some residue on his hands from removing his condom. The vibrator was dry as far as I could tell, i'm just overly worried I may be possibly pregnant.
Its been 3 days and i've been experiencing pain in my pelvic area thats even worse than normal. My urine has become a bit foggy looking, it did burn the first day after using that VCF foam, but now my bladder feels constantly full and i have pressure / cramping in my pelvis.
It's hard to determine if it's just from the sex its self, because I DO have bad pain after intercourse. However, it's day 3 now and the pain isn't really lessening.
I am not sure what to think. WIth everything going on I have no idea if it's just congestion causing the pain, or if it's inflammation, or if it is in fact pregnancy.

I have an irregular period, I never got one in July and wednesday was the first time ive had sex since way back in the start of April. It was rougher than usual sex as we were trying something new out in a different position.
Ihad my period the 2nd of august, and it only lasted 3 days. Due to my medical issues I cannot keep track of it, and it stressing me out to think I could be pregnant.
What are your thoughts?

Oh, and about the pain, as you said, it's already normal for you to feel pain after sex, and since you guys had rougher sex than usual... I really think that's all related. Besides that, you wouldnt be having pregnancy symptoms only 3 days after sex! Symptoms usually show up only after 2 weeks. Dont worry (:

First of all, try to calm down! I know it can be hard, specially with your whole situation (I'm Sorry, btw... Really hope everything gets better). But getting anxious like that Will only bring more symptoms to get you more stressed out. So, he used a condom and you were using spermicide. Even if the vibrator touched any sperm from the used condom, there was spermicide inside of you. I really really think that a pregnancy would be extremely unlikely in that situation. About the symptoms, they could be related to the conditions you already have, and from all the stress you're going through! It's easy to tell you to calm down, but I know how anxiety can drive you nuts. So, try to get your mind off of it, and try not to Google everything about your situation, it Will only make things worse, really!
