Pregnancy Scare plz help ASAP

Hi there,
Well about 2.5 weeks ago I had protected sex with my boyfriend of 2 years. Unfortunately the condom slipped off at the end and we are not sure if any was actually ejaculated into me. I am 20, and not ready for a baby. After frantically pacing we went to the pharmacy and picked up a Plan B contraceptive pill. This Plan B pill was taken within 45 minutes or less after the sex and I am also on a combination birth control pills that prevents ovulation. I do not take my pill at the same time everyday, but I do take it. I had a period about a week later and bled a lot for 3 days before ending my period with my pills.

What are my chances of being pregnant? Help!?
