Pregnancy blood test less than 1 HCG

I had unprotected sex the 13th of January, a week before my period was supposed to start. I took Plan B 7 hours afterwards. When my period was due, it was brown and red and only lasted 4 days. I am worried it was implantation bleeding. I have taken four HPT and they have been negative. I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks and that was also negative but could have been too early. I had a blood test done at 6 weeks 3 days and it was beta hcg <1. Is there a chance that I am pregnant? I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as cramps, sore breasts and headaches.

I do not think you are pregnant and you have taken several pregnancy tests and convinced a doctor to do an ultrasound to prove it.  We all can have irregular bleeding and taking Plan B can definitely bring it on.  Plan B is a big dose of hormones (how it works) and it messes with our system.  You will likely be irregular for 2 to 3 months after taking plan B.  good luck
