Sex during period......HELP!!!!

I had sex on day 2 of my period using the withdrawal method, which I know doesn't matter. Exactly 2 weeks after my period ended my breasts got so sore and swollen. This has been lasting almost 2 weeks. Today they are not sore but still "fuller". However I have not gone up in size but my nipple seem slightly larger and "puffy".
I have irregular periods so I'm not sure when my next period is due.
My question is how accurate is a hpt 30 DAYS AFTER SEX?

I have to wait for another 20 days for my period before i can test for it. Im stressed.

The thing is, usually a week before I get my period my boobs get denser and sore...but they  have been sore for 9 weeks!
Also before I get my period I get irritable but I haven't been... I just want to cry at random times.
My period is supposed to come in 6 days so I guess I'll wait it out until then....

A lot of pregnancy systems r the same as when u have ur period. If the blood text says ur not and also the hpt  also say ur not then your probably not.

OH! I've also been ridiculously tired for the past week...like waking up late and then needing a nap 3 hours later... also emotional at the strangest things I start to tear up and the catch myself dong it and fight back the tears..

It's been a while since I've posted on here... here's the update. I'm still concerned about being pregnant despite ALL the negative urine tests and a blood test last week and a pelvic exam... yes, I'm being paranoid but I have reason to be. My breasts are still sore, off and on for 9 weeks now! 4  weeks ago I had light spotting around the time my period was due. When I say light I mean it lasted 2 days and couldn't use a tampon and a pad was even an over kill! My lower abdomen above pubic bone is swollen and hard and the muscles at my hips are also hard...usually I'm very fluffy at these spots. Thinking I may need an ultrasound done to set my mind at ease...
any kind thoughts or advice would be great. thank you!

If you go to the doctors you can request a blood test. Where I went only a urine test was available.

Thank you for your response. I can only hope at this point that the hpt is negative when I take it tomorrow.
If it is negative but I still feel like this do you know if a doctor would allow a blood test to be done? I'm very scared. Thank you for your time in answering me, it's greatly appreciated!

It should be pretty accurate due to most of the time it will tell about 2 weeks after conception
