Should I request ultrasound or blood test

I've been having a period every month but I'm noticing my stomach is growing and becoming round and hard. I'm having pregnancy symptoms like headaches every day constantly hungry , peeing alot , tired emotional.  And little flutters in my stomach. All the pregnancy test is coming back negative. My stomach looks like I'm around 3 months or further. My shirt's are stretching.

You might have something else in the abdomen, such as an ovarian cyst that has grown.  My hairdresser had one the size of a cantaloupe.

Oh wow . I didn't request a blood test I didn't wana sound crazy.  I think maybe i will wait a month to see if my stomach gets any bigger.

Yeah ...u should go for blood test , that makes it clear if u r pregnant...but if u r getting ur period every month than chances are less that u r three months pregnant....chances may b that u r some weeks pregnant ..

I had fluids building up called ascites. So had to drain it. That's the reason i was so big
