Uti and bladder problems while TTC
. I’m currently 8 dpo and I’ve been back and forth to the hospital with bladder and uti problems. I am very disappointed because I was hoping to get pregnant this cycle. I’ve took 3 pregnancy test, 1 at home and 2 at the hospital and they all were negative. I’m currently taking Antibiotic Macrobid for my UTI and I was given 1 dose of naproxen At the hospital for my severe uti pain. Could any of this be the stopping my conception and implantation? My period is due in 6 days, what are the chances I can still be pregnant?
It's too early for a pregnancy test to be reliable - you should probably wait until your period is due and then use first morning urine.
As I understand it, neither medication interferes with pregnancy - did you tell the prescribing doctor that you are trying to get pregnant?
