Very early pregnancy symptoms?

Is there Anyone who is o their 2nd child feel pregnancy symptoms very very early? Before a missed period? I have acid reflux. Abdominal cramps all the time. Back pain. Bloating. Tiredness. Wet discharge all the time now..help please.  Could i be pregnant?

I'm almost 12weeks w/ baby #2.. And I would say YES. W/ my daughter I got symptoms but I already had a positive pregnancy test... In September was my last period and I just knew I was pregnant. I had constant headaches. I couldn't have sex w/ my husband cause I had to throw up after I got really nauseated after intercourse. And I had cravings for sweet things and I HATE sweets. I had discharge like crazy, alot of bloating and I wouldn't even eat alot just snack. And I was always tired I had no energy still don't lol... But this was in September right after my period. I had 1 day of spotting in October. I took 12 test throughout October and some early November. They were all negative. But I still kept feeling pregnant. FINALLY almost middle of November I tested and it said positive but a real faint line. I had an ultrasound yesterday to see how far along I am and it adds up to me getting pregnant in September. Crazy how I just knew it but weird how it took over a month to get a positive.
