Whats wrong with my body help me please am i pregnant

Im 33 a mother of three boys i had my tubes tide in 2008 but this month my body is doing something diffrent i had a 4 day cycle two day just a spot day three regular day four spot day five gone i normally go foe seven days and its heavy but this month diffrent two weeks later spotting again for 24 hours bright red now its gone i have a pulling feeling on my right side lower abd no breast soreness but im peeing every 30 min to a hour tired often and hungry but my tubes were cut during my cs which i had three cs i cant be prego im 33 and tubes are tide my baby is 8 help me please.

Tubal ligation is supposed to be permanent and most often is.  However, once in a blue moon, scar tissue can form where you had the tubes cut and sort of make a mini tube.  This is not a regular tube and why there is such a high incidence of tubal pregnancies after a tubal ligation.  If you are having issues that make you think you might be pregnant, please test.  It would be a fluke but again, that event that I just described does happen and tubal pregnancies are dangerous.  Good luck and let us know
