am I pregnant?

ok so firstly I think I'm being crazy and stressing out for no reason but I'm just reaching out here to maybe get some peace of mind.. let me just spell this out for you....
i have the implant Nexplanon as my chosen form of birth control. it has been in my arm for about a year. i also am not comfortable with my boyfriend ejaculating inside me (because I'm terrified of getting pregnant) so he pulls out every time we have sex. we do not use condoms.
my main concerns are that my breasts are very tender and I have not had a normal period this month. I did have a few days of spotting but that's all, and from my understanding you are still able to spot while pregnant. my stomach also feels and looks larger. but i did gain a few pounds of weight from the holidays, and my weight tends to go to my stomach. I've been trying to tell myself over and over that I get tender breasts all the time (which is true), crazy periods are a normal for nexplanon, and that my stomach is just weight gain. and maybe I could deal with 1 or 2 of these. but all 3 together has me going insane and I've convinced myself im pregnant!!!!!!
I would also like to ask if my nexplanon implant would have any effect on an at home pregnancy test? would it cause false negatives or false positives? because itd be nice to take one so I can stop freaking out, but I'm not sure how they work and if my implant would mess with it.
thanks for any replies. i think I'm freaking for no reason.

Nexplanon has a very low failure rate. It will not interfere with detection of pregnancy hCG hormone. Run a couple of tests at one week intervals to reassure yourself. Good luck!
