I'm 20 years of age. U have been feeling nausious/ dizzy having lower back pain my breasts are a little tender to the touch. Having mild to severe headaches I feel really bloated but no major cramps to unbareable. Iv noticed when I brush my teeth my gums bleed and they never have before. I been moody and really tired. My period is 19 days late were not using birth control of any method. I haven't taken a test I'm scared of a negative result. Could I be pregnant?

Of course you can, but other than that we can't tell you anything. Take a pregnancy test-- no point in delaying the inevitable and guessing is only a waste of time.
