i took 4 pregnancy tests

So I took four pregnancy tests and they all came out positive. I took some online conception calendar tests to find out when I probably conceived, how far along I would be, and when I would be due and all of the tests said  i am 6 weeks into the pregnancy and would be due between November 22nd and 25th. HOWEVER. I am not experiencing any symptoms of pregnancy. The only thing I am experiencing are aching breasts. I don't feel pregnant and everything I've researched states that I should be feeling something. I'm a first time mother and extremely excited if I am in fact pregnant. I need a sound mind right now....help or advice please?? Thanks!

My situation is very similar to yours I am also 19 and when the first test came positive I took 3 more to be sure I made an appointment and I was 6 weeks pregnant due Nov 26! I did not feel the nausea until taking the prenatal vitamins in the morning. So I just started taking them at night and I feel a whole lot better

My story is a little unique. Lol the way I found out I was pregnant was when my baby first kicked me at around 6 months and that was new years day! Every thing was normal to me I was spotting because my period has always been irregular and I was putting it off also bcuz I thought I was stressing bcuz I lost my grandma to cancer at the end of August. So anyways I had no morning sickness I gained no weight up until I was 7 months my appetite was normal like it usually was my boobs were never sore so I thought everything was completely normal until new years when I felt my little man move I was freaking out of course ended up taking two home pregnancy test and came back poaitive of course then I told my mom and went to a clinic to take another test and have an ultrasound and sure enough there was my baby boy! (: thats when all the worry set in I mean I wasnt smoking or drinking but I wasnt on prenatals and wasnt eating like I should have and I had a really bad cold black friday weekend i worked in retail and I had taken a bunch of cold medicine. So the first ultrasound the lady freaked me out bcuz shes like oh well one leg is measuring 17 weeks and the other leg is measuring 21 weeks and im like wth I was stressing im like oh my god my baby isnt developing right): then about a week and half lady I went to have another one and the lady said baby looked perfect and he was actually measuring 25 weeks. So needless to say my baby boy is doing good and I am now 36+2 (:

Hey!! That's amazing that you didn't know that you were pregnant until 6 months. How did you find out and what happened? Every one keeps saying I am but I don't think so. Can you please share your story?

I didn't have any symptoms what so ever. I didnt find out I was pregnant till I was 6 months so it is possible. I am now 36 weeks (: Best thing to do is go to the doctors and have a blood test to confirm then followed by an ultrasound if you are. Best of luck to you.

I didn't get any symptoms either until half through the second month

I would think you when I took my test it said positive and I had to take it three different times because me and my man were in disbelief even after a nurse told me I was but I still didn't believe it so I took it again. I had two tests done in the same day and one the day after lol

No I think it's just as normal to not feel anything as it is to feel something. Sometimes morning sickness hits some women later than others or doesn't hit at all. I don't think not having any symptoms is anything to worry about. Bleeding yes. Congrats to you

When I was pregnant with my first child I had no symptoms. Its crazy how I found out. Everyone kept asking me if I was pregnant and so finally I took a test. And found out I was. I had no symptoms whatsoever. Everyone is different. Good luck!!
