odd belly button pain. pregnant ?

I'm 21, pretty good health other than asthma. lately I haven't been feeling right. I get muscle spasms in my left rib. and a pain in my belly button, especially if I have to pee. and I have no appetite. I am hungry, I get so hungry I feel sick. however I can't get myself to eat anything with the slightest flavor to it, it makes me want to hurl. I am only able to eat crackers,bread,or rice. does anyone have any ideas or advice? All answers are much appreciated. thank you.

And to add to all of this I am 11 days late.. HOWEVER, on Christmas I had sex, a week later I had a period.. now nothing. can you get pregnant a week before your period is due ?
