period 2 weeks late

I'm on loestrin birthcontrol pills. For the past year and a half I've always gotten my period on a wednesday morning. Also before pills I always had a regular period. I've never been late before. Last month I was really behind on my pills and now I'm 2 weeks late. I have nausea but I'm not throwing up in fear my parents will suspent my little problem. I have really tender nipples. Heat flashes. I'm super tired and more. I also think I feel a little bump in my uterus on the left side. Or I'm losing my mind?  Haha. Anyway I'm scared to take a test. Am I pregnant? Or is my menstrual cycle just messed up?

*not the first time I've had a bad month being behind on my pills. It never has effected me before. Very worried!

I would definitely take a test just to be safe. I got pregnant with my second child while on birth control.

I got pregnant on a low does birth control pill so if you skipped a pill or even threw one up then pregnancy is possible. From my experience though if I have to throw up there is no holding it back. I don't know if it's the same for every pregnant woman though. You should test asap to be sure one way or another.

I'm always stressed out. But 2 weeks seems a little much for me. Especially when I've never been late and take pills.

stress can make your cycle late. but if I were you I would take a pregnancy test.
