positive home test, then shortly after neg blood test. could i still be preg?

hello ladies, ofcourse come monday morning i will call my obgyn, but in the mean time i cannot sleep. So to distract myself id like to see what other women have to say.. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday morn n got a neg. then again this morn n it was positive, i then went to the ER (since its saturday) , considering a previous miscarry and being high risk. blood work HCG level was 0. Also their urine test neg as well. also no bladder infections ect. im healthy and not taking medication. tuthfully i really think im preg. INTUITION! lol idk if its in my head or if im crazy, or just wanting to be so much. but for some reason something is telling me not to get discouraged from this hospital visit, yet i dont want high hopes either. Has this happened with anyone else? why am i dizzy, n having lower left abdominal cramps, emotional, crabby, no appetite, bloated, tired, soooo thirsty and running pee every few mins!?!? im so anxious please help.

Wait to see if you miss your cycle and test again. Depending on when you ovulated, if fertilization and implantation are presently occurring, it will likely be too early for even a blood test to show pregnancy. Hopefully you are pregnant and you'll have a positive test in about 8 days. Good Luck!
