pregnancy dreams ???help??

I had my first pregnancy dream n in my dream I woke up in middle of night n I took a test n it was past positive it was on pregnant now rest I kno they dnt make test like this so wat do it mean ??any advise I have been wondering a lil for bout two weeks bt just now had my first dream

Sometimes we dream about things we think about a lot. If you've been thinking about being pregnant a lot it isn't suprising that you'd dream about it. Pregnancy does create a lot of strange dreams also though so you never know. I hope when you do test you get the result you want :-)

I had a dream the night before I took a test that me and my fiance had a little boy (: so we found out the next day(on new years) that we was expecting (: and I also had dreams when I was younger..I TD my mama she I had a dream I was gonna have a brother or sister and she went to get her tubes tied and found out she was pregnant then I had a dream that it was a boy and sure enough I had a lil brother lol....

In my dream there was three levels to the test ..Nt pregnant n pregnant n pregnant need to rest like my body weak... In real life my body been feel so weak and I been putting off a pt till I got a least to 6w cuz I didn't want to experience having a false negative ...my question was why do ppl have dreams like this where is it stemming from ...I have had a couple of moment of thinking bout it bt if it came from me thinking bout it I would have been having dreams

Sorry I don't understand the question. Did you take a tes in real lifet? What does past positive mean?
