pregnancy or not?

I have these large bumps on my nipples that i looked up to be Montgomery tubercles. What causes these?
I also have these other symptoms:

1. super tired all the time

2. fuller breast

3. peeing non stop

4. keep getting that throw up feeling (nausea)but nothing is coming up

5. vaginal discharge (only when i wipe) / spotting

6. very gassy, and even burping (which i don't do often)

7. my sister ate my pizza a couple of days ago and I started crying (very emotional)

8. And I've actually gained 5-7lbs since last month.

9. I smelled my sister cooking garlic bread this morning and ran to the restroom.

Could I be pregnant or is my mind playing tricks? What causes MT to double in numbers and get larger? I didn't see them til about a week or so ago so I'm a little freaked out. Should I take a hpt? if i am pregnant i would be 5wks should i be having symptoms this early? HELP !!!

Try to test with the first morning urine that usually when the hormone is the easiest to detect or try to go to the dr and get blood work

Took a hpt in the afternoon later that day and it came back negative. But this morning I woke up with the nasuea.  Was it to early to tell? Or am I just no pregnant?

The best things you can do to ease your worried mind is take a test. Sometimes when a women stresses about being pregnant she will get symptoms of pregnancy even though she isn't. So take a test and take a deep breath and keep us updated. Good luck girly.
