I had been having all the same symtoms as you and got a faint positive hpt april 8th and now I don't feel anything :( other then bloated and kinda gassy and still.getting some dull cramps. I've had like 3 negative tests since I got my faint positive so I guess i'm just waitong to see if I start in May. I had a really really light mostly spotting 3 day "period" april 2nd, im usually pretty regulaer so idk haha. I hope we're both pregnant!

If you got a positive result you are most likely pregnant. Did you get your result immediently? Not that it matters were the lines faint? You could have low hcg levels or it could have been a chemical pregnancy, but i'm sure you.would have mentioned if you had any bleeding since your positive hpt.
