I urinate fine drink a gallon or more water a day. I've had uti before and this isn't a uti. My periods have been regular since loosing weight .I just wondered if musty urine and my boobs being tender were signs of possibly being pregnant and the fact I stay tired. Also most drs where I live do not accept self pay customers cause most people can't afford all the extra unexpected and most of the time not needed test they run that they know they can get money from insurance companies .so most will only take insurance only its not about caring for ur health its about money with most drs and hospitals

Are you late for your period and if so have you taken a test? Extreme weight loss can cause irregular periods.
If you can find a Dr that would be great because something is going on if you can't urinate. Call a Drs office and explain that you have no insurance. Many Drs will give you a reduced rate if you have no health coverage.

I don't have a dr.I don't have insurance but make toi much to qualify for low cost or assistance health care. I have had uti before and this isn't the same. No feeling like I need to pee but can't no pain or anything. My boobs have been really tender and I have been super tired. Been twenty yrs since last time I was pregnant so I honestly don't remember any symptoms. Plus I've lost 70 lbs since April and cyclez have been regular till now .just been told that extreme weight loss increases fertility . Hubby even thinks I am but I think its too early to test

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. See your Dr about this. Are you pregnant? If so, this can happen in pregnancy.
