I am having twins too. My doc said it was ok for me to have message therapy. It has really been helping :)

I am having twins too and I have low back pain often. I'm 21 weeks. How far are you? My OB suggested a maternity support belt. It helps a lot.

I have it too and only have i child.  I am pretty sure it is normal.  Your body is starting ot stretch out!  Try to relax
