Should I be worried?

So Im just wondering if your having or had a miscarriage would you know it? Im almost 12 weeks pregnant & I dont really feel pregnant. My boobs are usually sore & Im tired but not as much as b4 but I havent gained any weight or gotten a belly. Sometimes I have no signs at all & I still have occasional cramping in my uterus area..is this normal? I've never been pregnant before so Im not sure how it all works. I was at the dr last tuesday & he did a pap but no ultra sound..could he tell if something was wrong just from a pap and feeling my abdominal? Also I dont go to the dr. again till 10/13..I probably just sound crazy but I dont know what to expect really. Any feedback is useful!

I've rarely "felt" pregnant the whole time I have been. No morning sickness to speak of so far.  And I was tired but that's starting to go away already, and either my boobs are feeling better, or I'm just getting used to them hurting!  Plus, I've had cramps off and on almost every day since I was 4 weeks.  But I had an u/s yesterday and the baby looks great with a HB of 172.  I almost didnt' believe I was really pregnant until I saw the baby on the screen since I've had so few symptoms this whole time!  I would try not to worry unless you see blood with the cramping.  My dr. said its normal in early pregnancy.    I think at this point he would be able to feel if your uterus is the appropriate size through your abdominal wall. I'm not sure about the internal exam, but I'm pretty sure he was checking to make sure you're not dilated.  Good luck, and remember we're all here for you!

With most miscarriages you will experience some spotting and period like cramps or worse. I had a m/c last year and only spotted, but I was only 7 weeks.

It is very normal for pregnancy symptoms to decrease or disappear altogether around 12 weeks. I am 12w2d and I am not showing at all and I have actually lost five pounds due to morning sickness. All women and different and you may be one of those lucky ones that don't get sick. Slight cramping is normal as your body stretches and makes room for baby. I know how hard it can be to wait, my next appointment isn't until October 15th.  Just stay positive and I'm sure everything will be great. :)
