How are you staying active?

So I was wondering what you ladies are doing to stay active - if you are still trying to fight the fatigue and stay active. I am not a super overly active person to begin with but I have joined a mommy to be swimming class 2 days a week and hubby and I usually bike 5-9k a few times a week. I have totally noticed that doing this exercise is more straining than pre preg but I am really enjoying it and thinking about how it will help my baby be healthy. What are your thoughts?

with this ne it says the age the mother will be when the babies born and the you conceived. so about 2 weeks after your last period if your periods were regular.

I think standing and walking around a restaurant counts as exercise for sure. :)  No different than walking around the block really!

I'm also swimming! I took a class in college (not like a learning to swim one but laps & such) for fun & it got me into such good shape & I learned so many good workouts & different rountines/sets. Also my teacher had told us the swimming when pregnant is a great workout & safe. I also take bike rides with my boyfriend when ever we get the chance & I also go for runs frequently. When Im more pregnant I would like to take a pregnancy yoga class. My boyfriend & I like to stay active so we hike & do other outdoor activites whenever we get the time :)

That is great that you are biking and taking a swim class.
I also swim. I've done it for years and am extra thankful for it during pregnancy as it is such a great low impact exercise.  I swim a mile 2-3 times a week. I did this before pregnancy too but now I just do it slower.  It feels really good while I'm swimming but after I'm pretty wiped out and have to eat right away.
Swimming is also really great at the end of pregnancy when you feel so heavy.  It is nice to feel somewhat bouyant.
