Truth about heart rate

Hello is there any truth behind the story of the heart rate being if its below 140bpm its a boy and anything higher its a girl.
My daughter was always in the 160's.
This pregnancy I'm 14 weeks and on the 12 week scan it was 133bpm.

This being my 16th pregnancy (will be the 14th live birth, God willing), I have had an array of heartrates. While the girls do tend to be faster, two of my 3 boys were also in the 160's for most of my pregnancy with them. A few of my girls were also in the lower 140's range.

The old wives tale is that 120-140 is a boy 140-160 is a girl. My son was 153 bpm, so it didn't work for me. :)
