I've been more congested and sneezing a lot more, but no sinus infections (knock on wood). I've used saline rinses before pregnancy with great results. The one thing though, is that you MUST boil your water thoroughly, don't use warm water from the tap. I got lazy and started using warm tap water, then on the news was a story of some poor guy who got the brain-eating amoeba from doing the same thing (this amoeba can only kill you if it gets to your brain via your nose and is kind of common in stale warm ponds/reservoirs; it's been making headlines over the years). Boiling will kill it if it's in your water source. Sorry this was a really random comment from me!!!

I am having sinus problems yes. It is common in pregnancy as the mucus membranes can inflame and cause more discharge. TMI but that is also why vaginal discharge can increase too. As for you sinus/allergy; saline rinses can help. If you think you need allergy meds consult your doctor, many over the counter remedies are not suitable for pregnant women.
