Have any of you bought a pregnancy pillow? If so which? How much was it? And was it worth it?  
I find myself waking up on my back a lot lately. So I was thinking of buying a new pillow to help prop myself up. Should I get just a regular pillow or a special one?

I bought the snoogle pillow with my last pregnancy, I loved it and used it every time I slept from my fifth month onwards. It was very useful for support after my c sect too. I have got it out already this time, I'm not using it all the time but it does help me get a more comfortable sleep if I have been on my feet all day at work.

I'm reading reviews & there are more negative than positive. I don't wanna waste my money on something that like u will only use once or sometimes. Thanks for responding.

I tried the full body pillow, and I have only used it once, I think it was a waste of money to be honest.
