Yes me too, since I last posted I've been a bit up and down a couple of pounds either side. I'm now at a total gain of 13.8 but have been eating/exercising pretty much consistently the same from day 1. Go figure! My midwife is fine with that so long as my baby is healthy and on track, which it is.
I have an issue doc seems annoyed by the fact that I keep gaining maybe 2 pounds one week and then the next we I will drop like 5 but I believe it is good since I started off overweight
thats wat i have been doing but i guess my body is going to do what it want to do anyway as long as i keep moving and eating healthy i should be good ( i hope)
Starting out overweight I have been advised not to gain more than 20lbs, I'm already up to 14 lbs, don't know how the heck I'm going to keep the weight gain to 6lbs in the next 14 weeks. I think the most important thing is to eat healthily and keep active, as long as we don't eat excessively or eat junk food I guess or bodies will gain what they need to to grow healthy babies.
o honey its possible. if you think you wont gain the weight tey getting the breakfast drink caration but in the can it has 375 calories drink too a day and contunie to eat normally
Are you saying you think you are going to gain more then that or less then that?? When I had my daughter some weeks it was closer to 2lbs in the last trimester. It is amazing how much water I was retaining and how big I got.
