contractions...maybe

I got into an argument with my sister we both got really worked up and every since I have had severe on and off cramping and some are painful.  I'm 25 weeks and its my 3rd. Both my previous were scheduled so I wouldn't even know how a real contraction feels. Any tips on how to tell off its a contraction or Braxton hicks?

When I had Braxton Hicks, they were regular but did not progress.  Stress is bad for mommy and baby-to-be.  Try to avoid confrontations when you are pregnant....for many reasons.  One being that when you are pregnant you will be super emotional.  Things that may not normally bother you will.  I have been an emotional roller coaster for sure.  You need to see your OBGYN about the cramping and I wouldn't wait.  25 weeks is far from full-term.  Keep that bun in the oven until fully baked.

BH contractions should be uncomfortable, but not painful. Typically they are also lower in ths pelvic region. I was told to take tylenol and pump lots of water. If there was still pain then go to L&D bc odds are Id be in preterm labor. Maybe try that?
