flu shot

Is anyone getting a flu shot? My dr told me to but I havent had a shot since I was very little. Is it ok not to get one? Also one from whooping cough.

I'm getting the flu shot. Got it last year didn't even get sick with a cold. And I am the type of person that's sick all winter

The flu that came around last year was most dangerous to infants, the elderly, and pregnant women.  The third group is not always included in the warnings, but last year there were some very severe cases that hit women who were pregnant.  I got the flu shot when pregnant on my doctor's advice, and was glad to do it.

Thanks for the advice. Since I have not gotten them before as an adult, I think I will hold off. :)

i got my flu shot yesterday, it is the mercury free one my doctor said... Next appointment is in 4 weeks ( will be 16 weeks) i am buying a fetal doppler this week so i can hear the heartbeat when not having appointments for reassurance

its really up to you if you want to get it or not, if your unsure just wait and think about it, No need to rush it right now :)

I didnt get no flu shot pr none of that.i say u should inform yourself abt it do.
