I'm at 26 weeks and at my last OBGYN visit the nurse said I should be monitoring fetal movement daily.  She said to count the number of kicks in an hour and to massage my belly and wiggle it around a little to get him going.  Four movements per hour is typical.  She said to call her, if I had less movements even with the massaging and belly wiggling.  Loud noises, eating, and movement get my monkey moving.  Try that and time the movement for an hour.  If you don't get four or more movements in that time, definitely contact your OBGYN.   Even so, your intuition can be a sign.  You should probably see your OBGYN just in case.  They can check the heart beat, which is reassuring.  At my last ultrasound, they were looking at the umbilical cord to check blood flow.  Seeing that also helped me to be calmer.

Well I decided to have a quart of sweet tea yesterday (i have literally only had 1 small coffee, 2 Dr. Peppersand 1 Pepsi my entire pregnancy)... Anyway... OMG... My baby was moving NONSTOP for hours yesterday and I couldn't sleep and today I haven't felt any movement soooo I'm assuming that it's normal? I'm 22+3.

Yup. Every now and then it happens to me to. My doc told me our uterus stretches off and pn so it may get incredibly strong kicking, then the uterus stretches to allow baby to grow into it more and because theres more room the kicks arent as strong but will build back up. Then the cycle repeats :)

I think that it is probably normal.  I am 24 weeks and the babies sometimes kick and move alot....and other times.....nothing....but I must admit that it is reassuring to feel that quick jab every now and then.  It just reminds me that they are happy and healthy! :)
