normal nausea or food allergy

I am 13 weeks and still having some nausea but a few weeks ago I had some yougurt (dannon activia) and ended up in the hospital with terrible stomach pains and vomiting. I ate it again today and ended up sick again with those terrible stomach pains. I this an allergy to yogurt...the brand....or just normal pregnancy stuff.  I never had any food issues with my son

Try a different brand like chobani and see how that goes.  I already can't have dairy but I have always eatin yogurt anyway... (dairy typically gives me gas, diarrhea,  & stomach cramps). Since I've been pregnant my body hasn't really been to keen on keepin it down. Maybe it *is* pregnancy related?

I have a friend who was allergic to shellfish before she became pregnant. When she conceived, she began craving any and all shellfish, finally caved and tried some, and she has had no reaction since then. Maybe yours is pregnancy related?
