pressure in my vaginal area

All day today I've been having pressure and pain down there. My doctor told me  to wait to come in until tomorrow cuz im already scheduled. I have a tilted uterus , does that have anything to do with it ? Anyone felt this before? What did your doctor end up telling you it was ?

Definitely see your doctor.  That said, I have had those sensations too.  My baby is positioned with his feet on my cervix.  He likes to kick straight down, which just about makes me fall down!  Had the same thing with my daughter.  I also have a tilted uterus, but that really isn't a problem.  Many women do and it isn't a big deal.  I think the worst part of it is that it supposedly makes it harder to get pregnant.  But my family has proven that wrong.

I found out I'm having a girl :) Kayleigh Shea :) I also feel that sharp pain still but the doctor told me it's because my uterus is stretching

Please keep us posted. I am 24 weeks with twins and have had pressure and cramping down there on and off for almost a month. My doctor told me that it was just my uterus continuously expanding. Ugh! :(

I also noticed that the pressure increases if I don't use the restroom every 2 hours like clockwork.
