36 days to go and haven't packed bag yet...

curious what all you need to pack in baby's bag for hospital?  I haven't packed mine yet but I have a list of things for mine that I'm going to pack soon.  Just not sure what I actually need to bring for baby.  I live in Oregon if that makes a difference.  Not sure what the hospital provides.  I have my hospital tour and birthing class scheduled for next weekend.

She's asking what to pack for the baby...

I packed a couple of onsies as well as the going home outfit (just in case we have an accident on the way home) an extra blanket, a few diapers (just in case we need them, they give you some to take home but I want to be super prepared. I packed a few extra wipes too) and socks because our hospitals in Louisiana don't have baby socks.

Don't forget your phone charger and your camera charger! Also if you have a preferred brand of diapers for baby you can pack a couple of those as well as the shampoo you'll bathe baby with (if it's a preferred brand)

Thank you selflynn!  Seems like a crap ton on the lists that they suggest you to bring.  I just wasn't sure what all to bring for the baby.  I have a couple of soft warm blankets, a couple receiving blankets and a baby outfit packed now.  That's it so far.  And gonna put my camera in there, I don't want to forget that!  Thank you for the tip on getting pads or depends... I'll do that, I read about making paddocks... Overnight pads with witch hazel and aloe Vera on them and freeze them then thaw for two mins before using.  Heard it helps with the healing and feels good. Might make some of those!

30 days to go for me. And no bag packed. I normally bring pj's to go home in, something very comfortable.  Tooth brush, hair Bush, deodorant etc. Out fit for baby.  If I need more never had hubby can go out and get it. Hospital pretty good. Post partum bleeding ***** and heavy so I use the huge pads they give me at the hospital. If you aren't sure but some very heavy pads or even depends. And I use the net underwear they give you as I don't want my to get gross.  That pretty much it. I took with my first what lists said to and never used any of it. Oh and I bring my good camera to take all the wonderful pictures.
