I just started to time them as they have been happening for over an hour. Been laying down on my side resting and drinking lots of water.
Your water shouldn't have a mucus texture it should be clear and watery with no smell. I have to wear a panty liner everyday because of the watery discharge. Cramps tho could be braxton Hicks. Are they consistent? Have you started timing them?
Keep an eye on it if cramps get stronger call L&D they will tell you what to do. In mean time drink water and lay down and rest, also you can do the pad test, put a pad in, lay down for a bit can't remember how long but let's say 30-60 mins stand up and see if more fluid comes out. Discharge can change though to water.
