Acne Attack

I kno there's typically nothing you can do for pregnancy acne bc it's caused by hormones, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of anything that will lessen the impact, maybe? Just my wishful thinking lol Maybe a specific type of prenatal vitamin?

Lemon juice on a cotton ball and for an exfoliating add some sugar. The lemon juice will dry up the problem area and also reduce redness.  Its not a miracle but it is safe and super cheap!

Cosmetics section I bought that with a soft exfoliant brush I scrubbed my face good night and it began to clear up Thank goodness because I had this problem from Aug-Oct. Hope this helps ladies. Good luck...

I had the same problems earlier in my pregnancy. So what I did was watched what I ate by that I mean staying away from greasy and acidity foods and drinking plenty of water. Most importantly no Pop and I found this cleanser by accident at Marshall's of all places it's a mineral dead sea scrub by Arad natural beauty. I would love to know any tips as well to this. I have tried a few different things but nothing seems to work. My chin and my chest are the worst!
