Birthing Ball...

Is anyone using a birthing ball? I bought one last night and started using a couple techniques watching YouTube. I like it so far. It's suppose to help open up your cervix and It's also been a good work out.

I just got a 55cm one from Walmart for $10. I got it to induce labor but nothing so far. I walked for 45 mins today and nothing. Passionate love making tonight. Fingers crossed. The ball does feel awesome. I do side to side, circles and bouncing for almost an hour or whenever I feel like having fun. I feel like a care free girl on it.

I use mine whenever I feel a lot of pressure or my back hurts. I love it and it helps a lot!! I plan on taking mine to the hospital with me :)

That's what I have been doing and yes it does take off a lot of pressure. I'm finding it a little easier to move around, on my multiple trips to the bathroom last night, I didn't struggle as much.

I love my ball! I've just been using my yoga ball that i already had. You can get them at target or any sporting good store. I sit on it with my legs spree really wide and bounce and roll my hips in circles. It takes off a ton of pressure

It's exactly a fit ball. I got it from walmart for less that $10! I got a 65cm which was recommended for my height. I love it. I've been doing pelvic tilts all morning lol

I read some pretty good reviews on birthing balls. Where did you get it? Expensive? I'm thinking about getting one.
