I had 5 vaginal births. It is hard but if you can get I. A zone where you can just tune out and remember to relax your pelvis muscle things go fast and easier than if you thighten up against them. Having yourself practices the breathing methods and even getting who ever I'd in there room with you to count or do the breathing helps. As well remember it will end. Helps me. I also scream haha. They tell me to hold my breath and push but I can I scream and push better and probably scare all the other moms on the LD floor.
Thanks! It's different for everyone but I wouldn't change it. You have to look at the positives, it only last for so long and then it no longer hurts and you can be up and walking around in no time. For me I felt no more pain once I started pushing and to be honest the contractions are the worst part. I hardly tore with my first I needed one stitch and didn't at all with my second. We all can do it, with or without pain meds.
Brittany9583 i liked the way you said that. Very positive...
This is my first baby and I am trying to go vaginal without meds or c section
I attend yoga classesand 1 thing they stress is breath, so keep your focus on breathing and let your body do is job.
Millions of women have done it all without meds, and so you can do it as well.
Good luck and best wishes
Lol thank you ladies.. no more videos here.
I had a vbac. Best decision I ever made. Don't watch videos! You won't see what's going on down there anyways. You got this Momma!
Lol!! I've tried to refrain from them since I become pregnant! Lol just because of the fact I'd get weirded out lmao. Scary stuff.
I've gave birth vaginally twice, going on my third. Completely natural. Something you can look forward to is feeling fine within an hour/hours after birth. The pain is only there while it's happening. Way better than feeling sore or hurting for weeks after a c-section. For me it wasn't to bad, I was up and walking around 5 minutes after giving birth, I am normally 93 lbs and 5ft3in. I'm very small. My baby's have been from 6 to 7 lbs. You can do it!
Don't watch videos... Lol they are scary to watch and all women react and handle it differently. I've had a vaginal birth and Yes it is painful but our bodies were built to do this and your body will recover and be back to normal in no time. You got this mama!
