Wait for hiccups, they are bound to happen, if the twitching is down low than he or she is head down... Hiccups feel like mild kicks but are fairly rhythmic.

It is possible.  My first was breech and I felt more movement in my lower abdomen.  I know this time my baby is head down,  and I feel more movement by my ribs.
