Natural ways to induce?

I'm overdue only by a day but there's major pressure to have the baby now. I have read a lot of ways to induce but I want to know what really worked for you mommies!

The only scientifically proven method is nipple stimulation. Sex and walking are NOT proven at all. The only thing they do is help and in some cases they don't. Sex helps soften the cervix. Walking helps the baby drop into position. But every situation is different. I've tried everything. Nothing has worked so I'm just letting him come when he's ready.

Its my due date today! Nothings worked for me so far, but everyones different!
My midwife told me there are only two scientifically proven ways to help start labour; walking and sex! Me and my OH DTD yesterday but nothings happened and Im SOOOO sick of walking now! :p
Ive also been doing pelvic tilts, circles and gentle bouncing on my exercise ball, eaten curries and been taking raspberry leaf tablets but still no sign, no show, no braxton hicks, nothin!
