I will take any and all (safe) suggestions to help my vomiting and nausea. I thought I was passed it at this point but I guess not...

The smell of ginger actually made me sick. I was told it would help but it made it worse. Watermelon helped ease my stomach and not letting my stomach get too empty. I got a Rx for Diclegis and that worked well although it made me drowsy. It's the safest , must studied medication in pregnant women. I also ate a lot of popsicles, anything cold helped a little, especially fruit.

Seabands helped me! I've tried everything...I have HG so I've been constantly sick. But I bought seabands from the pharmacy and they work pretty well. Its two wrap bracelets you wear one on each wrist. Theyre accupressure bands. Check them out! I think they were 10-15 bucks

Rx Zofran is the only thing that worked for me in both pregnancies. Also,  eating something every couple hours,  especially before bed. It's so much worse for me on an empty stomach. I feel your pain! Sorry!

I found apple and cinnamon muffins with bran in them a life saver. I have dangerously low iron so constantly being sick was putting me and baby in a great deal of danger the cinnamon added the morning sickness and the apple made them taste really good

Thanks ladies! My doctor gave me an rx for Zofran which helped a lot with the vomiting even though I still had some nausea. I was not able to get a refill though because of my insurance. I didn't realize how much it was helping, I'm eating bread and drinking clear liquids only but still not able to keep it down. It's so frustrating! I'm 13wks now and was hoping my morning sickness would be easing up.

I haven't tried them so I don't know how tasty our effective they are but at any maternity shop our I'm guessing online they have candies called preggo drops. I've seen them in all the stores I've been to and the cashiers always recommend them. Though I usually take recommendations from sales people with a gain of salt I mean it is in their job title to sell. Lol. If anyone has tried them please let us know if they actually work.

Ginger has helped me & even eating plain whole grain crackers. Maybe try some healthier popsicles that have real fruit. We made our own with an Honest Kids brand juice & lemonade. I suck on them sometimes when I feel gross.

Eat ginger or drink real ginger ale. I would see a doctor.
