Sciatica..
Is anybody else experiencing early sciatic nerve pain. I'm almost 13 weeks and sometimes its so bad I can't walk. I have to have my husband help me to the bathroom and in the shower because I can't bend over to wash bottom half. I had sciatica issues with first pregnancy but not until much later. Just curious if anybody else is experiencing this so early.
I have as well as sleeping with heating pad but nothing seems to help. There's the occasional temporary relief but then the second I move again its back.
I am, but I had a lower back injury prior to getting pregnant. Sleeping with a pillow between my legs has helped the most. Have you tried that?
