Too hot to handle?

Does anyone else feel like they are having hot flashes? I've seen that it's considered normal but I feel like I'm baking in the sun for at least an hour or more when this happens. I'm just hoping to hear that I'm not the only one.

Yes, had them for several weeks in the first trimester.

OH YES! I was cooking dinner and started stripping lol so then my husband took over cooking and turned around to see me leaning in the freezer lol!

Oh my yes! its only the very start of spring and im struggling through the heat already. Deffinitly not the only one. I chew on lots of ice,cool my body from the inside out

Oh yes I get them! One nice thing for me is im in minnesota and the average temp right now is 45. So I just go outside and try to cool off.
