a lot of pressure

I'm 36 weeks right now my husband and I had sex about 3 or 4 hours ago and I know I have been having contractions for the past week all in my back hospital sent me home last week they were to random. Now for couple of hours been having back contractions and extremely a lot of pressure not sure if I should wait and see if it passes or go into hospital now already 2 false labor scares I want to meet my baby girl so bad don't think I can emotionally handle them sending me back home again specially with all this pressure and pain

They told me since I was there for 2 hours and no more dilation that I was OK to go home that's what a lot of people are telling me but contractions have stopped again :(

That's strange they sent you home. I was told 4 cm is considered active labor. Did you talk to your doctor?

Week I waited contractions were 5 mins apart for an hour at 3:30 am and now hospital sent me home only 4 cm dilated and 80% enfaced and feel the baby moving in the birth canal

Time your contractions if you have contractions that are less than five minutes apart, a minute long for more than a hour then go in. Especially if they get stronger or more painful.
